PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Provide exceptional care through every step of our
patient’s Skin Appeal journey
Our busy Medical Aesthetic Practice is seeking a highly customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. This individual must be professional, personable and passionate about skin care. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and be self-motivated to promote themselves through patient interaction, public events and social media, and preferably have experience in some capacity with skin care, medical aesthetics, sales and/or the beauty industry.
Overview of Position:
Educate patients on the benefits of the services offered in the practice. Work with the medical providers to meet the patient needs through consultation and referral to include treatments, including lasers, Botox/Dysport and fillers. Sales of skin care products available through the practice. Exceed client expectations with superior customer service to create an amazing experience. Follow-up with all clients after treatments to guarantee expectations are met and answer any questions or concerns. Cross-trained to work all positions within practice for coverage, including front office, back office, assisting providers, etc.
Office hours are Monday through Saturday. The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday through Friday from 9:00-5:00pm. Saturday hours are from 7:30-2:00pm.

Must be professional, energetic, enthusiastic, co-operative and have a friendly disposition at all times. Must be punctual and reliable. Have an aptitude to work in a very busy environment including phones, patients and staff as needed. Computer proficient. Must be willing to attend all mandatory trainings to further skills. Consistent attention to detail in delivering Skin Appeal experience. Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task and maintain composure when under pressure. The desire to be of service to co-workers and patients. Must have knowledge of all services and products offered at Skin Appeal. Provide superior communication skills through telephone etiquette, professional email and text communication and provide an in-person rapport with everyone that is friendly warm and welcoming. Must be proficient with computers, easily learning new programs, comfortable with general marketing tasks including creating marketing materials to promote the practice through printed materials along with social media marketing. Must be flexible with schedule to help cross cover fellow employees. Must attend special events of the practice which are typically scheduled 1-2 times per month. Must have excellent appearance and uniform in line with established standards. Actively participate in retail sales, making full efforts to meet daily, monthly, quarterly goals as discussed.
