What areas can be treated?
Spot reduction for fat with skin tightening. Any area can be treated. Common areas: bra fat, thighs, abdomen, back fat, knees, ankles. Recommend at least 4 treatments, 5-10 days apart per area.
Skin tightening. Any area can be treated. Common areas: around eyes, jawline lift, neck lift , upper arms, thighs, knees, chest, breast lift, butt lift. Recommend at least 4 treatments, 1 month apart.
How many treatments will I need?
For Fat Reduction we recommend at least 4 treatments, 5-10 days apart per area
For skin tightening and lift we recommend at least 4 treatments, 1 month apart
What can I expect during the Exilis Ultra Treatment?
At the time of your appointment, we will review the treatment, expectations, and results. You remove all jewelry. Your weight, measurements, percent body fat, percent hydration and pictures will be taken. The treatment area will be cleansed. Ultrasound gel will be placed. The Exilis Ultra hand piece will be glided over the treatment area for 15-30 minutes. You will feel heat from the tip as it glides.
Is there any downtime afterward?
There is no healing time after treatment. There may be some residual redness for a few hours. On occasion, you may feel a tender area or a lumpy area afterward. These usually resolve within a few days to a few weeks. You may resume normal activity immediately. Remember to stay well hydrated if going to exercise.
How can I get the best results?
Hydration: VERY IMPORTANT status needs to be at least 45% per our scale or treatment cannot be done. To achieve the best hydration, we recommend drinking 100-128oz water daily before and during entire treatment process. Add electrolyte tabs to your water for better hydration.
Diet: Vanquish and Exilis Ultra are not for weight loss but can be a great tool for motivation to lose weight. Patients see the most dramatic results with Vanquish if they are following a healthy diet and exercise plan along with the treatments.

Virtue RF Microneedling is the precise delivery of radiofrequency heat energy to the layer of skin called the dermis, where collagen and elastin reside. The Virtue RF Microneedling device utilizes insulated needles in a grid. Insulated needles enable delivery of RF heat energy only at the tip of the needle. The insulated part of the needle passing through overlying layers of skin does not deliver heat energy, protecting the epidermis from unnecessary damage; thereby, decreasing downtime and discomfort. This revolutionary treatment is highly effective for skin tightening.
What can I expect during the Lift Rejuvenation Treatment?
For Exilis Ultra, ultrasound gel will be placed and the hand piece will be glided over the treatment area for 15-30 minutes. You will feel heat from the tip as it glides.
After Exilis is complete, a topical numbing cream will be applied. You will numb for 45-60 minutes.
For Virtue RF Microneedling, the topical numbing cream will be removed and the skin wiped clean. The Virtue handpiece will deliver RF energy using the microneedles in a stamping grid-like pattern over the face, neck and chest area. Multiple passes will be done to optimize collagen production.
After the treatment, your skin will be red for several hours. There is no peeling or downtime. With more aggressive treatments, you may notice a stamping pattern. This can be minimized by using Exosomes with your treatment.
How can I get the best results?
